The on-line version of the Consultation for Day Services for Older People is now live and can be accessed through the link below.
The consultation period has been extended until the end of February 2012.
Options for Consultation:
Hard Copies: - If required, hard copies of the questionnaire are available and these can be sent out to individuals and organisations who would prefer to use this method.
