8. Abuse of Services: User agrees that he/she will not, in any way, modify, move, add to, delete or otherwise tamper with the information contained in the CBCC web site, except in sections specifically designed for interaction.
9. General: This User Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with UK law. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in Scottish courts.
Any term, condition, or provision of this Agreement that is determined for any reason to be unlawful, invalid, void or unenforceable, shall not affect any other portion of this Agreement.
